If I were to graduate tomorrow...
If I were to graduate tomorrow with my chosen degree/career field, what would my title be?
Honestly I have no idea what I want to be. At Richland I am considered an art major, but I know that I will change my major when I go to UTA. If I were to graduate tomorrow, I don't know what my title would be, maybe a Business major or Criminology major. There are a lot of things I am interested in but I can't decide on just one thing..
If I got my dream job/career, what would it be?
I don't know exactly what my dream job would be but I want it to be something that I love and I am excited to wake up and go to work everyday. I don't want a job that pays really well and I don't like it. I want to like my job and that's what I imagine for my dream job, but I don't know exactly what that is yet.. maybe a detective or someone that works with forensics.. not sure yet...

Capstone Reflecting
Capstone Presentations:
How did it go?
I was still nervous of course, but overall I would say that I did well. I believe that my presentation went well, I felt prepared because I practiced several times and I knew the information. I just turn red speaking in front of people. My table display looked good, the poster, Prezi, and binder had coordinating colors. I was really glad that I practiced my presentation in my IMED class the day of my presentation because my Prezi flowed with what I was saying and I knew everything that I wanted to say. I did not space out and forget what I was talking about, I definitely felt more confident.
What, if anything, would I do differently?
I know there is always room for improvement but I would say that my display and information went well. I should have maybe had a mock packaging of my activities that I would show the schools if they were to incorporate my idea in their classrooms.
Will preparing for this experience likely be useful to me in the future?
Since I have never been good at public speaking and presenting in front of others, this project was an accomplishment for me. I was able to work something that I was passionate about and write a paper and present my information to a judge. Even though I was nervous and turned red it was a milestone for me. Just like anything in life that more practice the better you are. This presentation and the overall project in general was great practice for me because I am sure there will be more public speaking in my life.

Sight Video
Questions:
1. Thoughts on the Sight Video:
I am definitely not a fan of the sight seeing. It's like living in a video game and I don't like video games. The sight seeing does not seem like real life, it's all artificial to me. I don't think it would be a good reality, you don't really make your own decisions, the sight thing does. The sight thing takes away from getting to know someone just by talking, you can know so much about them just though the sight thing and possibly control them. That's crazy to me. I wouldn't be surprised though if the sight thing really works in the future because of the ways technology has been growing..
2. Website Progress:
I am in somewhere in between, I still have quite a bit to do on my website.
3. Questions:
I need help changing the font colors and I would like to make my logo have a transparent background.

Definitions of Web 1.0, 2.0, 3.0
To be honest, I had no idea that there are different stages of web. I thought the web was the web and as time passes technology and stuff improves, but I didn't know the web was considered different stages. I guess in the time I live in now and what I'm grown up with technology wise and the way social networks have taken over makes sense.
It's very scary to think that we are possibly "training" machines. The way technology keeps improving anything is possible. I mean in this we have a blog, using a social network to display work and communicate our assignments, instead of turning in a paper or something.
What's also scary to me I think is that what ever you put out on the internet can never ever be erased. It will be out there forever. I never really put that much thought into the web being intrusive and stuff like that, but yes the web is and always will be. I think with anything there are always two sides to a story, the web is great for a lot of things, makes life easier with being able to do so much. On the other hand having so much of your life exposed through social networks and knowing it's out there forever and anyone could find that information is unsettling.
I think there will always be advantages and disadvantages to using the web just depending on how people use the resource.
Definitions:
Web 1.0 - Web 1.0 refers to the first stage in the World Wide Web, which was entirely made up of Web pages connected by hyperlinks. Although the exact definition of Web 1.0 is a source of debate, it is generally believed to refer to the Web when it was a set of static websites that were not yet providing interactive content. In Web 1.0, applications were also generally proprietary.
Web 2.0 -
Web 2.0 is term that was introduced in 2004 and refers to the second generation of the World Wide Web. The term "2.0" comes from the software industry, where new versions of software programs are labeled with an incremental version number. Like software, the new generation of the Web includes new features and functionality that was not available in the past. However, Web 2.0 does not refer to a specific version of the Web, but rather a series of technological improvements.
Some examples of features considered to be part of Web 2.0 are listed below: Blogs, Wikis, Social networking, web applications.
Web 3.0 -
However, in the context of Web 3.0, they take center stage. By combining a semantic markup and web services, the Web 3.0 promises the potential for applications that can speak to each other directly, and for broader searches for information through simpler interfaces.
